Personally, despite the good performance, haven’t been able to take ARK Invest too seriously after this Alphaville article. Nonetheless, Cathie seems great and very in tune with frontier tech.
Which Stocks and ETFs can I invest in with Abra?
Unfortunately, due to ongoing regulatory uncertainty in the United States (where Abra is based), all users who currently hold an equity asset will no longer be eligible to hold these assets in the Abra app after December 15th, 2019.
If you hold an equity asset on November 21st, 2019, these assets will go into a sell-only mode. Current and new users will no longer be able to invest in equities after November 21st, 2019.
You will need to exchange or withdraw your equity asset(s) by December 15th, 2019 or they will be converted to bitcoin.
Keep in mind these changes may not be permanent and we’ll be sure to issue an update when or if these assets become available in-app again.
