I recently accidentally uninstalled the freetrade app. When I re-downloaded it and tried to log in, it only gave me an option to sign up. I have contacted support and they said that they have no record of an account under my email address. I am very concerned as I cannot access my potfolio and I am worried that it has all been lost.

It sounds like you are trying an incorrect email address. The email address you are using should be the one you signed up with so check all your email addresses.
A good way to check would be if you ever invested in any dividend paying shares, the correct email address will have emails titled: ‘You’ve received Investment income.’ (Emails such as the honey are not a good indication as they can be signed up for outside of the app)
