Account set up stuck


I signed up 1st week of Feb, just found the Login email and Confirmation the ISA was set up in my junk…it says I need to add my card.
But when I click through from the emails to the app, the app screen is just
“we need some time to review your account manually. Sit tight we’ll be in touch”.
But had the confirmation the ISA has been set up.
