I have been waiting since the 10th Feb to get my account activated! It’s become a bit of a joke now.
I was planning on moving my ISA over to FreeTrade, but this is making me have second thoughts.
I know support times are supposed to be high at the moment, but over a month…? I’ve tried chasing them up, but still waiting.
FT ran a competition last week - refer people and have them signed up with deposited money within 7 days to have the chance of winning £1k in stocks.
i referred multiple people, all are still waiting to be approved so we all lost out on the comp.
they must be pretty hammered at the moment. try messaging in-app if possible or sending another email if you haven’t since last month.
