Latest dividend was meant to be paid out on 14 April 2022 (yesterday), but I’ve not received anything. Is there a lag between payment date and when Freetrade deposit the money into your account?

That’s right, you should receive these a couple of days after they are paid to us:

Hi there, it is the 19th today and the dividend still hasn’t registered in my account.

Every day since the 14th has been a bank holiday or weekend. If you’ve not seen it by the end of the week you’re best to reach out to support via in app chat (
only) or money@freetrade.io
