Hi @Regulator @Osheikhy. Itās not possible for us to reject orders once theyāve been initiated as they could have reached our trading partner and been completed on their end.
Hi @thepoisson - one of the key issues we addressed last time was clearly communicating status in-app which we have improved on. Weāre always adding to the redundancy throughout the stack with the aim of providing a service with high availability. In the case of currency conversion, there is definitely more work for us to do.
Can you confirm if these orders have likely been executed as normal or not.

I just want to see what you submitted. The phrase ācould have reached our trading partnerā is a major concern as it all appears fire and forget vs audited and tracked across the lifecycle.
It took me reporting on chat and eventually getting through to raise the issue, and then eventually we saw an app banner.
What work is still to do on currency conversion then? If the services is not robust then you should start offering lower fees to clients on the spread till they are resolved.
Just out of curiosity can everyone confirm if your order was executed at the price of submission? would be interesting to keep this data from future generations
Exactly. Absorb FX costs if you canāt guarantee redundancy exists. Thatās only fair.

Lets be honest with ourselves here. Companies like Robinhood and Freetrade will have those hick-ups time to time and there is no way they can or will be compensating for it.
The ālatest priceā noted on mine is 619.15 whereas the market price now is 628

Does anyone recall last time if when the transactions were eventually actioned, whether it was at the price you initially bought it at, or if it is at the price point of when it was resolved?
Hi @thepoisson - everything is fully audited and tracked. Due to an unexpected response we have received our system was unable to complete the order flow. This is not the same as us not having or being able to understand the status of an order at any point in time. However, to reflect this in app we needed to workaround the issue.

Hey @Osheikhy - the automatic recovery of pending orders needed the same changes applying. That change is being deployed now and the order should recover within the next 30 minutes.
