AMC Entertainment - AMC - Share Chat

and also the “Meme” factor hard to measure

 Yep… keep hodling, right?

Time to move on? Or hold?

I’m afraid you’ll have to do your due diligence and make that decision for yourself.
I’m continuing to hold.

They need you to think price will stay high so when they dump holdings. Everything I have read says shares over valued . I don’t have any but my friend does. Been watching what happens as intresting.

Company seems long term so I was thinking once back to normal price I might.

Depends when you got in and what you want to achieve?

If people in here are asking when to sell you really shouldn’t be betting tbh.

Anyone in here know of any other good shares to go in with active chats like this

Bit harsh.
This has turned into a media circus and I don’t think is representative of any normal trading knowledge or skill? This has attracted many people to buy shares who have never traded before, me included!
I think that the best advice is to forget about squeezes and either treat this as a long and risky investment or pull out your initial investment if you don’t want to risk loosing it.
Personally I sold my initial investment ages ago snd the shares I have now are just for the ride…what will be will be.

I have put my profit into other long term stocks now…better than the 0.1% my bank is offering :rofl:

Not really, I’m a novice! I’m looking at Virgin Galactic, CLNE and Vital Metals but you have to do your own digging and research. As I said, I’m totally new at this and just experimenting :grimacing:

What did AMC prices start at way back when? Any one advise against cineworld shares on the off chance?

Maybe harsh, but I think my statement is fair.

Unless of course its money folk can afford to lose - then I’ll shut up hehe.

But even then, if you could afford to lose the bet, why would you ever ask anyone when to sell? Kinda suggests to me that nerves are kicking in, which in turn suggests that the bet was a risk to begin with (for the person asking the question)

I sold my CINE share to buy AMC, once I’ve finished with AMC I’ll be buying back in to CINE again along with my other long holds which I sold.

It was around $2 at the end of last year, it’s already had a massive run up.

"I think everyone should sell everything they have and buy AMC. Buy Buy Buy.

And then when it hits a trillion dollars I can sell and go and drive my Lamborghini and live on my private island"

That’s the due diligence done by the Reddit brigade.

For me, I’ve already made my money on this stock, and have a few shares left just for the hell of it.

I sold all my other stocks and put in to AMC when it was on a slight dip yesterday, which has averaged mine at £24 a share :grin:

I’m green with AMC, it’d have to tank an awful lot for me to be out.

I’m hodling small amount of shares just for the ride. First time at this game already well ahead even if goes down to $10 I’m in profit so we will see if it goes to the moon or bottom of the sea
