Amount not added In free trade account

Hi ,
I was trying to top up a 500 £ in my free trade account, amount is already deducted from my account, but can’t see top-up update in my free trade account

You already made a topic on this. Topups can take a couple of hours but are usually pretty fast. Have you asked in the in app support chat?

Deposits normally take around 1-2hrs (during business days) to appear in your account. However, if you’re still worried you can contact customer support in the app
