An investment advice, or not

Why do people add “not an investment advice” when they actually write an investment advice?

You’re not allowed to give it unless you’re qualified. So they’re just saying all the risk is on you if you listen to them.

I think people often give an opinion and then state it is not advice so people don’t go and then put money on what was said You should always make your own choices and treat forum views as just opinions and not advice, which should be by a professional. Also, if someone doesn’t say it then I always ignore their view
