App not working - help!

Hi guys,

When I try to open the app I get a very brief notification saying that the app needs to update then a blank pink screen. However when I got to App Store, it says I have the most up to date version of the app???

Please help.

First I would try uninstalling and reinstalling, if that doesn’t work send an email to FT directly.

I’ve found support have been super helpful.

Restart phone first.
