App stuck at "creating your profile"

I’m trying to set up an account, after I give all my details, the app gets stuck at a “creating your profile” page.

I’ve tried reinstalling, restarting and so forth.

Any idea how to proceed?

Clear the cached data? Or try on a spare phone/tablet just for setup.

Disable that VPN and set your phone to the correct UK time.

If you aren’t currently in the UK, I would wait until you are back there.

Thanks for the replies guys. Nothing seems to be working - I’ll probably just use eToro instead.
