A general question about Intercom ( please move if wrong place ) but how do I archive threads?
It doesn’t look like this is an option by default but we could look into this some more. Could you please share some more details about the problem that you’re trying to solve by archiving threads?
It’s nothing major, just after a declutter as I have a fair few announcements and updates.

They’ve got back to me & said that this isn’t an option they’ve built into the tool + there’s no workarounds sorry!
