I really thought the SPAC would push the share price up a bit (it did initially). Today is not looking good, my investment is now worth £5!

You don’t even want to know what mine is £22? Bought at $15 went to $22 not it’s not even 15¢

Reverse splits are generally bad. Arrival have to do it to remain compliant on the Nasdaq. It will still get shorted. Regards to the recent spac merger i.e (double spac) Im not sure how things will play out.

That became apparent to me when they were originally trying to make an ev bus and I was looking at the busses in my town that had just changed to ev busses and they weren’t arrival busses…
It seems arrival arrived 5 years to late to the game, there’s a number of Chinese companies who already make ev busses in several models. Which is maybe why they eventually realised this and seemed to shift focus. Bus companies want ev busses now not in 10 years

The bus was not their first product. It was always the van and the bus was a distraction. Luckily they went back to focus on the van but it is too little too late.

Bad your 30 shares will equate to 1 for example
In itself a split or a reverse split is neither a good nor a bad thing. it doesn’t change the value of your shares or the market cap of the company.
However a reverse split is usually a sign that other things are going wrong with the company. If the share price wasn’t crashing already they wouldn’t have needed to do it.

Well my AVG share price is a lot higher so to make money back or profit it’s gonna take more (either buy more which isn’t what I’m planning) and I have no doubt that the new share price will be lower next month for sure

Evening all i had over 50 shates now it says0.56 why would this happen
Arrival did a reverse split to increase the price if an individual share
They did a reverse share split. You should be in the same place financially, now with a smaller number of shares (/50) that are more valuable (x50).
