Yeah, I done it yesterday. But, still the some problem. And I asked myself if is it not my phone because I use the iPhone 5S… that’s it ??

It claims to work with everything after iOS 11.

Which version are you using?

There’s a known issue with iOS 12 that we’re looking into at the moment.

Same issue on my iPad - version 12.5.5

Freetrade are aware of the issue with iPad’s and are working on it. @acamp replied to you on a different thread

My Iphone 5S is on iOS 12.
