Bank of Cyprus

I just had a message from Freetrade saying that after its delisting from LSE later this month the company would not be traded on a recognised exchange. That is incorrect. It is currently Co-listed on the Cyprus exchange and will shortly be listed on the Athens exchange. Both are recognised by HMRC for ISAs with regard to standard securities such as this.

Neither the Cyprus or Athens exchange are available

If you hold Bank Of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company shares in your ISA account following the delisting, we MAY arrange to transfer your holding to your GIA within 30 days IF this stock fails to meet HMRC’s eligibility criteria for being held in an ISA due to it no longer being listed on a recognised stock exchange.
