You may wish to approach Barron funds directly to determine whether you qualify as a Non-U.S. Investor to directly purchase this fund from them. Alternatively there are a number of US brokerages that may provide you access to the fund.
If the only interest you have in this fund is “as a way into SpaceX” then please note that Baillie Gifford’s Scottish Mortgage, US Growth and Edinburgh Worldwide investment trusts have holdings in SpaceX.
