Sometimes after I enter my PIN I see a message underneath but before I can read it, the message disappears as I end up in the next screen. Does anyone else have this problem ? What’s the solution ?
I get this as well. I’ve found the way around it is to click on Account and click on the ‘Chat with us’ link which opens up the Intercom widget so you can see the messages.
I get this too, even if go to my Account page and click on chat with us it doesn’t work. I always just thought it was because I was using an old iphone, I have to click on FAQs and then go back and into chat with us for it too work.
