Hypothetical question as of now… but if Centamin were to accept Toronto-listed Endeavour’s offer of 0.0846 of its own shares for each Centamin share what would happen to Centamin holdings in Freetrade?

  • Would current shareholders see Toronto-listed Endeavour shares instead of Centamin in Freetrade?
  • Would the system just cash out current shareholders?
  • Something else?

Going by the history of other events… As endeavour is not on freetrade, you’ll get cashed out.

They need to be talking 1.50+ per share for all shareholders. Will happily sell and wish Endeavour all success with their future endeavours. :slightly_smiling_face:
