Yes, interesting that the legal firm is willing to do no win, no fee though. Would that not be stupid of them to do that if it was so fruitless?
Just so there’s no doubt, I would also be inclined to believe it was fruitless but just seeing if anyone can explain any benefits to the legal firm that aren’t obvious to me.
