If your existing plan is annual:
You can downgrade to our Standard plan at any time by heading to:
āPortfolioā > 
Profile icon > āManage your planā > āChange your planā. > Scroll across to the Standard plan and tap āConfirmā.
The subscription fee for any unused portion of the existing billing cycle will be credited to you, minus any annual discount you have benefitted from and an administration fee of Ā£5.
We may use this credit to reduce any new subscription fee in respect of your new plan type. Any remaining amount of credit will be repaid to your payment card.
