Yeah maybe I’m just not getting it. Your initial complaint seemed to be that you were specifically talking to someone and they were refusing to give you a standard subscription, but your screen shot seems to be an automated message … I dunno
But as everyone has pointed out, you can just pick the subscription in the app. It seems like this might be where people are getting a bit grated with your replies as you don’t seem to be acknowledging this especially considering your original message suggested you weren’t being offered a standard subscription
But it’s right there in the app, you just need to click it
So yeah… I don’t really understand your complaint. No one has refused to give you a standard account.
