When I want to look back at a conversation I have had with customer support in the app, I can click on ‘chat with us’ and then ‘see all’ to find the conversation. But the actual conversations that I have had are mixed in with all of the general announcements about things like bank holiday opening hours, new feature releases, crowdfunding promotional messages, and so on. That makes it hard to find and refer to the actual advice I have received from customer support staff in real conversations.
Could it be possible to auto-expire general announcements? Surely nobody needs to have the announcement of last year’s Easter bank holiday opening times cluttering up their message box?
