Hello. I’ve recently sent 10 pounds from my bank to my friends free trade account to get him started. The problem is he has not recieved the money but it has left my account. Is there a standard delay on this process or has it failed.
Contact the support in the app. Delete your personal details please.
Also, this is not going to work. You can only top up from the bank account linked to the freetrade account.
I believe you can only send money to an account in your own name. Maybe @Viktor can confirm this?
Also better to be safe than sorry, I would delete the photo
The money will eventually be returned to you as it wasn’t sent from the linked account.
