I mean, you could just report the issue with the app for opening an account and leave it there. It’s a legitimate problem although you could have mentioned which phone, OS, app version, etc. which would have been useful to the app team in tracking down the issue.
All your background detail of who you are and what you’ve done is meaningless, adds nothing and frankly comes across as posturing. Nobody cares about the other accounts you have, how much money you have or anything else.
