Lets keep it constructive 
The user is having an issue with the app. Whether or not you like how it was communicated, it was posted within the rules and with due respect.
So if there is any help from other users that’s great, and if not I’m sure FT staff will pop by on Monday, if not before.
In the meantime we can be welcoming and supportive to one another
