Agreed, I only check mine when I add any incoming dividends to my excel sheet but even then I only scan the filter for biggest win/loss recently and also on my phone when I reinvest said dividends or new cash.
I try and not get emotionally involved in what I have already invested and spend way more time here thinking about what next to spend on.
