Hi,
I am a EU citizen with dual nationality (Spain and another non-EU country). I am currently living and working in the UK as a EU citizen.
According to this website, I should give priority to my EU nationality to register with Freetrade. However I’ve never lived in Spain and I don’t have a Spanish NI number.
Can I register with the Non-EU passport number?
