What do you mean by eurobond?
If you mean in the traditional sense, you can already buy some. £SEMB are bonds issued in dollars by governments who don’t use the dollar. And £ERNU has dollar bonds issued by non-US companies in it.
If you mean where Eurozone countries borrow as a collective, then they don’t actually exist. They’ve just been proposed in times of crisis like now.
