Interesting post, thanks. I wonder what you think will happen to all of these ailing and mostly British retailers, pre-pack administration and sale to eCommerce firms à la Karen Millen? M&S and John Lewis both have substantial food businesses on the side. Consolidation won’t help - Mike Ashley already owns half of the high street.
