[Feature Request 🔧] SIPP: Remove Withholding Tax on Foreign Dividends

Looks like I need to start looking for other options with SIPP. Considering that I never used GIA with Freetrade and I use ISA only for one of two accounts, SIPP was basically the only thing holding me here.
