I know what you mean. I’ve spoken with customers who were impacted by the dot-com bubble and have stayed away from the markets until they discovered Freetrade.

I think there are a few things that we need to do to help make our business model resilient. The first is placing a big focus on developing multiple sources of predictable recurring revenue (like SIPP, ISA or Plus subs) and making the value of these products a no-brainer - like paying for Netflix or Spotify each month.

We’re also being very deliberate around the type of educational content we offer and the UX on the app to encourage everyone to remain focused on investment horizons that are measured in decades, not days.
