FreeTrade Account Verification ... or not

I have now been asked three times to verify a new account. Each time the email is from a different person. Each time I have replied indicating that the documents were uploaded the first time requested to the Dropbox account.

I’ve never received a response to any of my follow up replies. Just the same ‘please verify’ email. No indication there’s a problem. Very frustrating. Very impersonal.

It appears to take days to get any form of automated communication from Freetrade … is this typical?

I appreciate that Freetrade are busy and trying to improve turnaround response times. But to just respond without actually giving any indication the original communication was read is hopeless.

How much business are Freetrade losing because of this lack of service?
