No, not really. When Halifax told me that they’d be introducing a fee for their dealing account, they gave me a year’s notice to allow me to make a decision about my account. They told me the changes and the effective date in their initial communication.
Freetrade have said ‘we’re changing something with prices and subscriptions, at some point this summer’. To me, that’s not great communication.
