Foresight Solar Fund Limited is a closed-ended company. The Company seeks to provide investors with a sustainable and inflation-linked dividend together with the potential for capital growth over the long-term through investment in a diversified portfolio of predominantly United Kingdom ground-based solar assets. The Company will pursue its investment objective by acquiring a portfolio of ground-based, operational solar power plants predominantly in the United Kingdom. Its approximately 45 asset portfolio comprises solar installations across England and Wales with a total generating capacity of approximately 790 megawatt (MW). The Company intends to acquire, through subsidiaries, majority or minority stakes in individual ground-based solar assets. The Company’s Investment Manager is Foresight Group CI Limited
