This week: “Your last AML check was over 12 months ago — you have 7 days to upload documents.”
Can’t fail a check that never happened.

Finally received my payout this morning, payment came through at 4.19am. No additional questions were asked and I wasn’t expecting it until end of w/c 5th May following Crowdcubes last email.

Same here got paid. What a joke to get paid without a single additional question after saying I failed the AML checks last week.

Paid today too. I’m still going to pursue my complaint through crowdcube to understand their failings (communication and AML) and take it to the ombudsman if they don’t answer my query specifically.
I won’t be returning to the forum much if at all.
Freetrade founders have completely ruined it for me and so disappointed with the poor quality of the leadership team.

Also paid today having failed automatic AML
Hey Guys, I got the email on Friday suggesting the following - ‘ We are pleased to provide you with an update on the payment process for the Freetrade exit.
We have now received AML confirmation for you and can process payment.
We are processing these on Monday and you can expect to receive funds within 2 business days.’ I’ve check bank and nothing in there from Crowdcube. But when I check on the Crowdcube website in My account under payments it states You do not currently have any upcoming payments ? I’m perplexed anyone face same issue ?
Not had any emails, not had any money. Sounds about right.

I may be wrong but I think that payments section is for pledges you’ve made where they haven’t taken the money yet, not upcoming payments to you
Also paid today after failing the automatic AML checks. They never came back to me asking for more info. Terrible experience. I truly want nothing at all to do with Crowdcube ever again.
With regards to just the payouts - the delays, excuses and the miscommunications have been inexcusable.

Meanwhile, huge sums of money are being laundered on every high street in the country by Turkish barbers, American candy shops (Afgans), vape shops and the like. Billions in dirty Russian money is laundered through the UK property market and UK shell companies.

Correct.
It was the convertible round we didn’t actually get shares until around 13-14 months after purchase. It also had something like 20% extra on top of the share price.
