I’m stuck on the “creating your profile” screen.
I’ve created an account, added funds but it keeps trying to create a new account and then hanging on the aforementioned screen.
Is there any other method of login other than the app?

Morning Adam, reach out to the support team at FT it seems like this is happening a few times and should be easy to fix. They tend to respond pretty quickly.
