Help with bank transfer top up

Hi there

I topped up my account via bank transfer on Friday 5th Feb at around 4:30pm but the money (which has definitely left my Natwest account) hasnt reached yet and it’s not showing as pending anywhere on the app… no reaponse from the chat either since. I understand everyone is very busy but slightly worried about where the money is so any help would be appreciated please! :grimacing:

It can take 3-5 working days. Weekends don’t count. If it doesn’t show up by Thursday morning, I’d drop a message in the in-app support chat.
