I am sure the FT leadership see many parameters we don’t and they WILL pick the optimal timing for raises etc. It is good to guess and fun but in reality we on the forum know so little it is comical we think we know when would be best 
That isn’t a insult as I have done it but having trust in the FT team.

Freetrade Community! My name’s Nick and I recently joined as VP of Marketing. My mission is to continue to grow Freetrade in the UK and beyond, and ultimately build Freetrade into the iconic global brand it deserves to be.
It’s been a fast and fun first few weeks (I’ve definitely not been sat in inductions the whole time 
). Instead, I’ve been digging into the numbers, getting to know the marketing team, working with @Viktor ,@adam and the rest of the leadership team on our future plans, as well as partnering closely with @Freetrade_Team to launch advertising in new channels for us, including radio, outdoor and newspapers/magazines. From our partnership with Monzo to the continued success of free shares, the marketing team is working hard across the board to fuel our growth; the results of which you’re no doubt seeing in our growing customer numbers
