I cant see the option of starting a new chat in the app?? I want to top up via Apple Pay but cant as it keeps giving me address issues??

I reinstalled the app and it now lets me start a chat

Hi, if you go to your Profile tab on the top-right of your Portfolio tab:
And then scroll down and tap into Chat with us:
We’ll get back to you as soon as we can, unless there is something I can help you with just now?

Hi .
I have had problems getting into my accounts all day .
Log in , pass word ok .
Main page opens , when i click , just buffering and more buffering.
Uninstalled twice and reinstall and still have the same problems.
Any advice?
