This company is a blank check firm and has recently entered into a merger agreement with Talkspace, a digital healthcare company.
I’m guessing nobody got into this one given the title has been wrong since June! Good job folks because this has been an mess. To add to the difficulties both the co-founders & now COO have all stepped down in the past few weeks.
How long until someone swoops in and swallows this up?
