Yes I was also a bit livid about how they can declare a company within the portfolio to be worth £11m on Wednesday, that goes bust on the Friday. Feels like investors have been mislead or they were completely asleep at the wheel…or both.
So I have zero faith in the valuations of the other companies, as they are pretty much just marking their own homework. On every investor presentation they just dance around the slow motion collapse of the share price, so today was the last straw for me.
Luckily it was a fairly small position so I’ll just take the L and move on.
