I want a refund for auto renewal plus

I bought plus back in January to invest in a stock and you didn’t even let me buy the stock - you gave automatic refunds to everyone for buying Plus at this time.

Now checking my bank account, I find you have charged me again twice (February and march) for the Plus service that I haven’t even used?? I want a refund for this, who can I contact directly?

If you didn’t cancel the subscription, then of course you have been charged. Do you also expect a refund of your car insurance if you haven’t made a claim?

That’s generally how subscriptions work. If you don’t cancel it then you continue to pay for it.

Contact in-app support if you haven’t received a refund for January.

A refund isn’t a cancellation is it. It’s your responsibility to cancel it. I haven’t watched Netflix in a month but I won’t be emailing them asking them to refund me.

Maybe check your bank account more often and more closely
