Many companies choose not to detail this out because why point out bugs many people likely didn’t notice? Also, security fixed obviously do not get called out as it could provide further attack vectors.
We have a policy where I work of not explaining either of these, I know not everyone agrees.

Yeah most app changelogs are also inexistent. Really annoying.
