ISA Payment Method

Hello, I’ve tried for several times to update my ISA payment method, but it never works.

I go to Manage your Isa, then payment method I put my card details and when I go check it still says: payment method Not set…

My card is VISA (Santander UK).

I’ve seen people with the same issue but without any answer… Can someone help?

I had the same issue last week and contacted support - they said to try it again using mobile data instead of wifi which worked straight away for me!
