This is an ETF which tracks Indian companies. Basically I’d like more diversity from global trackers which are very US heavy, and emerging market trackers which are very China heavy. So my vote would be for more country specific ETFs allowing users to build their own global trackers based on which countries they want to invest in. iShares have lots of these for different countries. I’d also like to see some for non Eurozone European countries like Switzerland and Sweden.
I’d like to echo that point. Specifically, could we have ETFs for countries part of the EAGLEs (emerging and growth-leading economies), whose contribution to world economic growth in the next ten years is expected to larger than the average of the G6 economies (G7 excluding the US).
As of 2016, these include: Bangladesh, Brazil, China, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Phiippines, Russia, Turkey, Vietnam.
