Issue logging in "something went wrong" error

I hope you can help.

I’m trying to log in to my free trade account on the mobile app, however, this time it is running through a few steps requiring to create a passcode and for me to provide details about my national insurance number and nationality etc.

For the past few months I have been getting a something went wrong error. I have attached a screenshot.
