Literally just waiting for my address to be updated

As it says, I have emailed and used the chat and no response. I am fully aware you’re busy, but it is just updating an address. I will be adding this as an Idea on another category, but I should be able to update my address myself. Please can I have an estimated wait time if I raised the request Saturday 6th Feb 2021
