Can you advise why all ETF’S involving EV’S MINING AND BATTERIES are all on the PLUS account only.

Which ones?
All iShares, Vanguard and Invesco ETFs are in the free tier
Do any of them include the subject matter on Lithium, EV’S etc
I have Battery Value-Chain - BATG - doesn’t say if they’re Lithium specific. Took a punt on Cadence Minerals earlier in the year too.
BATG is an L&G ETF
I’ve not looked specifically, what ones are you looking for?
