I sent £500 from my linked bank account on the 23rd but it has not arrived yet!
I have sent numerous amounts from my linked bank account and they have all arrived within a few hours.
I have checked with my bank and they advise it was sent.
I used the correct reference.
Any thoughts?

I have the Faster Payment Reference provided to me from my bank if you need this to find the money?
Have you tried contacting support in the app?
If you click on the profile pic in the top right corner and scroll to the bottom you can contact support.
