I have sent numerous emails, tweets and instagram messages but getting absolutely nowhere. I haven’t received any help and the auto robot doesnt help at all.
I am still waiting for the following dividends to be paid:
STAG
O
SLG
KMI
MAIN
Has anyone has this issue or what do I do. This is now 9 business days
presumably you’ve checked you held the stocks before the ex dividend dates?
The best option is to contact freetrade via email if you’re entitled to the dividends but haven’t received them by the payment date or a day or two after the payment date. they can take a few days to respond
